We offer free UK mainland delivery on all our products.

All our tiled access panels are shipped with the next day delivery service. Orders placed before 1 pm are normally dispatched on the same day.

The lead time for all custom size products is typically between 5 to 12 working days. You can check the delivery time with our customer support team before placing your order.

Disclaimer

During busier periods delivery can take up to 15 working days. All deliveries are made by way of courier and require a signature. products will usually be delivered between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Please assist us by ensuring that someone will be available to sign for the goods during this time. The lead time for custom size access panels is between 6 – 10 business days.

NO. This access panel is for tiled walls only with the hinge only in vertical position. You can add some finishing materials to our ceiling access panel with swing up hinge. Link HERE

The installation process is relatively simple. In few words. Prepare the opening including subframe. slide the hatch into the opening and secure the frame with screws. apply tile adhesive directly to the access panel door and glue the tile.

For the other sides, the tile overhang should not exceed 20% of the panel’s dimension due to weight limits.

The frame size should match the structural opening with just a couple of millimeters tolerance.

The hatch is built to last and doesn’t require maintenance.
